Working out specific plans for bullying situations when they happen takes a lot of support from others and some practice.
Remember – Don’t Give Up!
Touch base often with your friends and trusted adults and don’t hesitate to let your parents know if you feel like you need to talk to a professional, like a psychologist or counselor about these situations.
